About Us

Dedicated to retail innovation

Introduction to Enactor

With offices in Europe, North America and Asia, Enactor was founded with a vision to build a new class of retail system: one that would give retailers actual, real control over their destiny.

We believe that continuous innovation around new functionality, customer value propositions and the deployment of new channels should not require major development or additional licence purchases but should instead be accomplished with a genuinely agile retail system.

Enactor is the embodiment of that vision.

Where we work

In the larger markets Enactor works shoulder to shoulder with major partners such as Toshiba, Deloitte and DXC.

Enactor is proud to have implemented software systems across the UK, US and Europe for some of the world’s leading retailers including; JYSK, Harrods, O’Reilly’s, Tottenham Hotspur, Dunelm Mill and Steinhoff.

The management team at Enactor has been at the forefront of the retail software industry for more than two decades. Their expertise spans numerous retail solutions, sectors and technologies, including UNIX and DOS systems in the 1980s, Windows in the 1990s, and Java-based systems in the 2000s.

In 2003 the team brought the first Web and Java-based retail system to the UK market, which became widely installed throughout the UK and in North America and Europe.
