About Richard

Richard is a Retail and Technology expert with over 20 years of experience in Grocery, Fashion and Hospitality. His areas of expertise include Multi-Channel Retail, Omni Channel Retail, Mobile Commerce, Cloud-Based Delivery and Programme Management.

Previous Education & Experience

Having studied for an MSc in Software Engineering at Bournemouth University, he also holds a BA (Hons) in Organisational Analysis and Design from the University of Hull.

As Enactor’s Director of Delivery, in which he leads the Project Management and Testing teams. Prior to joining Enactor, he has worked for Screach, BT Expedite (now part of Aptos Retail) and Tesco in a variety of senior delivery roles. His time at Tesco saw him responsible for large Point-of-Sale implementations both in the UK and overseas.

Outside of work

Richard’s passion outside of work lies in football, which comes with volunteering experience as the Head of Football Development at Harvesters FC.
