Enactor chosen by Central Retail to deliver its next-generation Omnichannel POS.
Enactor is excited to announce that the Central Retail Corporation PLC (CRC) has selected Enactor as their single store systems platform. The retail arm of Central Group, a multi billion dollar family-owned conglomerate, operates across many retail verticals with over 2,000 stores in major Asian and European markets such as Thailand, Vietnam, and Italy. The Enactor platform will be deployed first into the leading department stores brands and then into formats such as electronics, sports, grocery and convenience in the Thailand market.
CRC has invested in Enactor’s omnichannel POS and Microservices connector to enable a future proof, exceptional store and digital experience. This will enable their retail business units to continuously unlock new omnichannel journeys and experiences such as Click & Collect, Click & Reserve, Store Ordering, Clienteling, Endless Aisle and other online services that it wants to drive into the store environment. For example, the Enactor Basket and Promotions Microservices will provide services to Central’s online webshops.

Enactor will work closely with Central Retail training their internal IT teams to build and extend applications for themselves using the Enactor Toolkit allowing them to deliver all sorts of exciting features and functions across their business.
