About Peter Rush

Peter is Head of Presales and Omni-Channel Systems for Enactor – his main role is informing, demonstrating and consulting with clients on the Enactor solution, along with the Presales Team. This means keeping abreast of the functional and technical advances made by retailers across the globe, so we can show how Enactor can support their goals and ambitions. Peter has been with Enactor for 8 years, working mainly on client-facing roles including training, consulting and architecture.

Previous Education & Experience

After taking a Classics degree at Cambridge, Peter then qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Not fancying being a Chartered Accountant for long, he joined the prestigious Harrods Department Store (Enactor’s first client) and performed a number of Retail IT roles, including implementing SAP, two POS Solutions, a PIM as well as developing and implementing an in-house Loyalty and CRM solution.

Outside of work

Peter lives with his family in Surrey. He is a bit of a cricket tragic, and lives conveniently for getting to Surrey and England games at the Oval. When there’s no cricket on, he spends time with the family, walking three crazy dogs, cooking and doing DIY (very badly – one classic instance was drilling a hole in a gas pipe while trying to add a new water tap). He also enjoys travelling, both for work and leisure.
