With a wealth of experience across diverse domains – including Retail, Hospitality, Leisure Travel, and Logistics – he possesses a deep understanding of large-scale operations and the complexities of digital transformation. Vihang is dedicated to driving innovation and delivering the robust, scalable solutions that empower retailers to thrive in an ever-changing global market.

Vihang holds a Bachelor of Engineering from MSU, India. His career in technology is defined by a broad range of experience across multiple complex sectors. Prior to joining Enactor, Vihang worked with several household names, including DHL, Tesco, Adidas, M&S, and Carnival Cruises. Most recently, he served as Director of Technology for KFC UK & Ireland, where he was responsible for leading large-scale digital transformation and managing the cloud infrastructure.

Throughout his career, Vihang has developed specialised expertise in navigating the complexities of high-volume, multi-national operations. His background in building robust, scalable solutions and managing diverse technical teams across various domains provides him with a unique perspective on the challenges facing modern retailers. At Enactor, he applies this wealth of industrial experience to drive the evolution of the Unified Commerce Platform and ensure its continued success in a rapidly changing global market.

Vihang lives in Hertfordshire with his wife, two children, and their dog and cat, who keep him busy throughout the year. An avid host, he enjoys spending his free time cooking and entertaining friends and family. Beyond his home life, Vihang is a passionate technologist; he spends much of his personal time exploring emerging technologies and staying at the forefront of digital trends, driven by a lifelong commitment to constant learning and innovation.
