Behind the Scenes: A Day of Connection in Sri Lanka
Earlier this month, our Sri Lanka team stepped away from screens and schedules for a day that combined nature, collaboration, and perspective.
The morning began in the Kanneliya Forest Reserve – one of Sri Lanka’s most biodiverse rainforests – where 130 colleagues from Colombo, Kandy, and Galle came together for a guided hike. Immersed in greenery, the walk provided space to pause, reflect, and connect outside the day-to-day.
By afternoon, the setting shifted to the coastline of Galle, a UNESCO World Heritage city. Kayaking, beach volleyball, and even tug of war – all with the Indian Ocean as backdrop.
We were also joined by three of our UK directors – Sidath Dissanayake, Director of Development, Mike Carrell, Founder and Managing Director, and Chris Metcalf, Head of Professional Services – underscoring the global fabric of our company and the value of building relationships across borders.
Why does this matter? Days like this strengthen the culture that enables us to deliver not just technically excellent solutions, but collaborative and considered ones too.
