Style Meets Tech: Talking Shop at New Look

We recently swapped keyboards for carrier bags and headed to New Look’s brand-new Bluewater store to see our work come to life – not from a screen, but from the shop floor. New Look has recently rolled out a new till system across all stores in partnership with Enactor and we wanted to experience the transformation the way customers and store teams do: in real-time, in-store, and face-to-face.
Retail therapy? Absolutely. But with a purpose.
Our Marketing team – Amelia Walker and Olena Opalko – hit the store to test drive the new POS in action. From faster transactions to less paperwork, and the new swivel screen making it easier to collect customer details – the difference was clear. It’s faster, it’s smarter, and it’s helping store teams focus on what really matters: the customer.
We were lucky enough to meet Angel and Aimee – New Look’s in-house dream duo – who gave us the inside scoop on how it’s landing on the shop floor. The feedback? It’s a game changer – for teams and customers alike.
