Copywriter/Content Marketing Executive (B2B)

We’re currently hiring for a tech-savvy copywriter to join a leading retail technology software company. This ‘hands-on’ role will play a pivotal role in the marketing & sales department as we expand into new markets across the USA, Asia and Europe.

You’ll have a passion for writing and a thirst for getting to know our audience and delivering content that’s unique and engaging.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Write both short form and long form copy for offline and online channels including but not exclusively the website, email, events collateral, LinkedIn and YouTube.

  • Support the marketing & sales team by creating a wide variety of content – blogs, product sheets, news articles, press releases, video scripts, e-books.
  • Write with a conversational, yet professional style and ensure content is optimised for both reader engagement and search with the keywords we are targeting.
  • Sales Support: create case studies, outreach emails or internal sales support materials for the sales team.
  • Prepare briefs and scripts for your design & production colleagues to produce graphics and promotional videos.
  • Adopt SEO best practices across all online content.
  • Actively keep abreast of Enactor’s products and services to ensure messaging is always correct and up to date.
  • Assisting in ideation, planning, and execution of the content marketing strategy.
  • Measure and report results of content engagement across the Enactor channels (web, LinkedIn).
  • Plan, organise, and execute company events, including webinars, trade shows, and product launches.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills & experience

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent).

  • Minimum 3 years relevant B2B previous experience and success within a similar role.
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to transform technical product information into compelling customer- centric messaging (short and long form).
  • Track record in producing a wide variety of content in particularly blogs, case studies, news articles and LinkedIn posts.
  • Proven experience in writing excellent B2B email copy.
  • Proven experience in creating promotional videos.
  • Excellent time management and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Excellent English communication written and verbal.
