Enactor is seeking a Head of Technology (Software/Product Delivery) to lead large-scale, global retail technology programmes from Hertfordshire. This senior leadership role focuses on driving successful software delivery, managing enterprise governance, and coordinating distributed teams across international markets. Working closely with senior leadership, you will oversee complex product delivery initiatives, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable business impact. Ideal for experienced programme leaders with a background in retail or eCommerce, this role offers strategic influence, global exposure, and the opportunity to shape delivery excellence within a fast-growing unified commerce platform.

Enactor is a cloud-based unified commerce platform built for modern retailers. Our next-generation Point of Sale (POS) and Order Management solution is powered by flexible microservices architecture and low-code tools, enabling seamless omnichannel retail experiences.

Must come from a Retail or eCommerce background.

We are looking for a Head of Technology (Software/Product Delivery) to work closely with our Director, leading the successful delivery of complex, global retail technology programmes.

This is a highly visible leadership role where you will:

• Manage large-scale global delivery programmes within group
• Software Product Delivery
• Manage internal stakeholders
• Oversee enterprise governance and programme reporting

You will play a key role in ensuring our enterprise clients realise the full value of Enactor’s platform.

• 10+ years in Software Delivery/Programme Management
• Proven experience managing group programmes and governance structures
• Strong experience delivering complex Software Programmes/ Projects
• Experience leading and coordinating offshore teams
• Background in retail, ecommerce, or unified commerce environments
