Janak is a seasoned IT Service Management professional with over 16 years of hands-on experience across IT services and telecommunications. With a proven track record in leading global teams and establishing managed service operations, Janak consistently delivers customer-centric solutions aligned with ITIL standards. His expertise spans Service Delivery, Team Leadership, Process Automation, and Client Relationship Management, making him a trusted leader in the IT operations space.

Previous Education & Experience
Janak holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology from Sheffield Hallam University, UK, and is a professionally qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). He is also ITIL v3 Foundation Certified, underlining his commitment to service excellence and process discipline.
Throughout his career, Janak has held a range of impactful roles – from leading delivery and business analysis teams to spearheading the global Managed Services divisions. His leadership was instrumental in establishing a profit-driven Managed Services Line of Business compliant with global ITIL and ISO standards.
Today, as the Director of Support – Sri Lanka at Enactor, Janak leads global support operations, managing multi-tiered teams and driving exceptional customer satisfaction. He focuses on operational excellence, process optimization, and fostering a high-performance, customer-first culture.

Outside of work
When he’s not driving IT service excellence, Janak enjoys spending time in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes and caring for his impressive collection of monster fish at home – a hobby that reflects both patience and passion.
