Enactor at IGDS Seoul 2025: Trusted by Leaders, Built for Change

Enactor was proud to return for our second year at the 16th IGDS World Department Store Summit, held at the prestigious Lotte Hotel in Seoul. The event brought together senior leaders from the world’s most influential department stores to shape the future of global retail.

Across two days, we had the opportunity to meet with key decision-makers and innovation leads from across Asia, Europe and the Middle East. These conversations confirmed that retailers are focused on finding flexible, composable platforms that can adapt to changing business needs without long development cycles or full replatforming.
