New Look switches to Enactor on Demand to drive up store engagement
Enactor is delighted to announce that the British high street retailer, New Look, has selected Enactor as their new unified commerce platform supporting 500 plus stores in the UK and Ireland.
The popular high street retailer will use the Enactor open platform to bring the best of online experiences into its stores.
New Look has invested in Enactor’s omnichannel POS and Commerce Microservices to drive a more modern and relevant experience for its customers across multiple devices supported in particular by Enactor services: mobile POS, mobile payment, store ordering and an improved click and collect service.
The business look to leverage the cross-platform capability of the Enactor mobile POS and deployment options across its stores and digital services allowing seamless integration with its existing external APIs.
With a vision to have a modern commerce solution that’s fit for today and tomorrow, the retailer is committed to bringing MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud native, Headless) principles into its stores through Enactor On Demand with Microsoft Azure.
