Frasers hits new heights with Enactor POS.
The successful completion of the Enactor pilot with Frasers Group (formerly Sports Direct) in 2020 paved the way for deployment of Enactor’s single, flexible unified commerce platform across the Group’s global retail operations and brands.
Enactor has played a major role in the success of the retailer’s ‘elevation without limits’ strategy. Focused on investment in its stores and digital capabilities, Frasers is taking its stores to new heights, improving customer experience and attracting premium brands to its business.
The Enactor next generation POS is currently operating in over 864 stores for 15 well-known brands which include Fraser, Evans Cycles, Jack Wills and FLANNELS.
The opening of FLANNELS Liverpool is testament to the success of Fraser’s elevation strategy to date. The seven floor, 120,000 sq ft store brings together fashion, beauty, wellness and hospitality all under one roof. The store is set to be the city’s most exclusive and experiential department store.
